The Air Force Civilian Personnel Credit Cooperative (AFCPCC) was established to serve the financial needs of civilian employees and military personnel of the Philippine Air Force. From day one, our purpose has been clear: empower low and medium income earners with equitable, quality financial services they can rely on.
Anchored in the Philippine Cooperative Code of 2008 (RA 9520), we operate as a democratically organized cooperative based at Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base. Our reach extends across the three major operational areas of the Philippine Air Force — Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Today, AFCPCC continues to grow through the cooperation, education, and coordination of its members — guided by a Board of Directors elected from the very community we serve.
